How I approach tracking projects here

I created this site for a few reasons, one of which is to freely express myself. Experimentation is a large part of self-expression, and one way I’m doing that is by trying new things with personal project management (read: “how I approach tacking projects here” really means “this is my current non-disciplined experiment on tracking a personal project”).

My goals in this experiment are

• Have a low-touch process
  • I expect to spend time on the plumbing and structure of project management, but after that it should not take up much time or interrupt other work.
• Provide exhaustive details of the entire process
  • Readers should understand
    • The problem being solved / why I’m working on something
    • What solutions I evaluated
    • Why I landed on the chosen solution
    • Each requirement/step of a project
    • What I did to meet each requirement
    • What I learned from the project
    • What went well/okay/poor
    • Results
